Dear Readers

It is amazing to think about the directions that life has pulled me to get to this point, but with all the crazy turns I know I have found my calling. I am on a mission to make my dream into reality. This will be a ride filled with passion, enthusiasm, and love - for everything that is food and hospitality. This blog will hopefully allow others to see my joy, become involved in the formation and a place to vent my frustrations of the journey this first restaurant takes me on.
